We are looking for a committed individual to join us as Marketing Manager (m/f/d), responsible for the operational implementation of the defined marketing mix for the existing vitasyn medical product portfolio as well as for future product launches.
Your Responsibilities
1. Marketing Management
Contributing to the conceptual development of innovative product and marketing strategies as well as the appropriate marketing mix for promoting the vitasyn medical product portfolio to defined target groups, e.g. HCPs, patients and relatives
Supporting the preparation of brand and launch plans
Sharing responsibility for the operational implementation of strategic planning for existing products as well as future products and indications
Developing and creating promotional materials and, where applicable, disease awareness materials and argumentation aids, taking into account feedback and experience from the sales team
Supporting the planning, organization and execution of congresses, events and symposia, as well as actively participating in them
Operational development and maintenance of the website, including the creation of texts, recipes, news items and, where applicable, further digital projects
Carrying out customer-specific selections, including plausibility checks for the respective marketing activities
Supporting continuous competitor monitoring, including deriving possible implications for vitasyn medical products
Supporting the preparation and execution of field force meetings
Creating and conducting training sessions for the field force
Contributing to the onboarding of new employees
Managing and monitoring the collaboration with external service providers and agencies, e.g. marketing agencies, printers and web agencies
Supporting budget planning and budget control
2. Product Management
Ensuring compliance with all legal declaration requirements and health claims in packaging design and the creation of marketing materials
Managing new product registrations and change notifications with authorities and institutions, e.g. BVL, G-BA, IFA, GTIN Manager and the Treptow-Köpenick district authority
Ensuring packaging disposal in accordance with legal requirements, including calculations and reporting to BellandVision and the Central Agency Packaging Register
Regular monitoring of legal framework conditions in the food sector and deriving possible implications for the product portfolio
3. Collaboration and Communication
Building and expanding strong cross-functional collaboration with the international marketing team as well as with other company departments, particularly the sales and administration teams
Ensuring communication and the flow of information within the company
Ensuring the structured transfer of market- and customer-relevant information into the organization
Your Profile
Successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration with a focus on marketing and sales, natural sciences, nutritional sciences or a comparable professional qualification
Ideally several years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Product Manager in the food or pharmaceutical sector
Several years of experience in the conceptual and strategic development of marketing concepts as well as experience with new product launches
Ideally proven success and/or experience in marketing innovative ethical products in the field of nephrology and/or oncology
Project management experience is a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Creativity and strong communication skills
Customer-, results- and solution-oriented mindset
Reliability, initiative, flexibility and resilience
Analytical and structured way of working, combined with strong organizational skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Language skills: German C1 and confident English B2
