Your mission:

As a Junior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the delivery of new feature designs for the enmacc platform. You will help translate energy traders’ needs into business value through designs. The role involves contributing to feature designs, from research and ideation to production, and ensuring they are live on the platform. 

You will work with an established product, product design and a highly collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.

What you’ll do: 

• Engage in continuous research efforts to understand the energy trading industry's needs and translate them into business value through designs and features.


• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to produce future-proof solutions, rolled out step by step.


• Support iteration on the usability of existing enmacc’s user interfaces.


• Deliver on time design assets and contribute to Design Quality assurance for shipped functionalities.


• Contribute to maintaining a cohesive design across the entire product.


• Present and explain design choices to internal teams and stakeholders


• Support updating our Design System with new components and redesigning existing ones.


• Explore and experiment with AI and readily share insights on how they can streamline the design workflow and enhance efficiency

Who you are:

• You are okay with a one-year contract (maternity leave cover)


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product design, UX, and UI (experience in complex web/desktop applications is a plus)


• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus)


• You work confidently in Figma with all of its capabilities.


• A strong portfolio demonstrating the thinking process and delivery of interfaces & design systems


• UI skills and a good eye for detail.


• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems in Figma.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to research problems, fill in knowledge gaps, and contribute to easy-to-implement solutions.


• Experience in B2B software, Fintech/trading or energy area is a plus.
