In this vital, dynamic, and international environment, we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. 

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing: Use innovative and creative sourcing methods to find the best candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and social media.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Employer Branding: Actively promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in events, creating engaging job advertisements, and showcasing our values and culture.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve our hiring strategies.

• Passion for Recruitment: You love connecting with people and have a natural talent for identifying potential.

• Energy and Enthusiasm: You bring a vibrant and proactive attitude to the workplace and are ready to take on any challenge.

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
