Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d), Samsung SDS

For our location in Korbach, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the team.

Tasks

• Preparing warehouse orders, assigning them to warehouse staff, and tracking processing status
• Scheduling customer deliveries
• Communicating with transport companies
• Entering ASN (advance shipping notice) information into the system
• Delegating, following up on, and responding to customer inquiries
• Recording goods receipts and issues in the "SAP EWM" warehouse management system
• Archiving shipping documents
• Assisting with regular stock checks/inventories
• Various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in this field
• Solid knowledge of goods receiving, storage, handling, and shipping
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience
• Good working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Initial experience with warehouse management software (SAP EWM, WMS systems) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Good communication skills in German
