Responsibilities
• Leading negotiations on performance and compensation for various institutions in Baden-Württemberg • Determining and negotiating the investment costs of these institutions • Analyzing and evaluating services and fees for negotiation preparation • Advising and supporting the 44 cities and districts of Baden-Württemberg in the contractual design and implementation of social benefits • Participating in project or working groups • Handling special tasks in consultation with the department management
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in non-technical public service, business administration, social law, social economy, health management, or similar field • Motivation to work at the intersection of administration, law, and social services with different institutions, concepts, and individuals • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Interest in business contexts and affinity for numbers • Interest in a role that includes field work, office work, and home office • Experience in a similar field and knowledge of social law are advantageous • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Driver's license class B
