SAP Basis Administrator / €,

Next Ventures is seeking a dedicated SAP Basis Administrator to join our team and support the administration of our SAP systems, including ECC 6.0, SAP APO, and Solution Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and monitoring of these systems, manage user administration, and handle support requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic Administration: Support the SAP team in the administration of SAP systems (ECC 6.0, SAP APO, and Solution Manager).
• Transport Management: Execute transports, user administration, and handle support requests, incidents, service requests, and changes in SAP Solution Manager.
• System Analysis and Support: Ensure the analysis, support, and monitoring of SAP systems in consultation with service providers, along with documentation creation.
• Coordination: Coordinate with SAP Basis service providers, manufacturing departments, the SAP team, and the IT infrastructure.
• Change Management: Actively participate in change management by creating and processing rollout and process plans, documentation, and tests.
• Authorization Management: Support the conception and implementation of SAP authorization management.
• Project Participation: Contribute to the project team for the future S/4 HANA transformation of the system landscape.
• Integrative Collaboration: Collaborate in the administration and operation of connected systems such as document archiving, interface servers, external WMS systems, and cloud integrations.

Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP user administration.
• Ideally, knowledge of Solution Manager and SAP authorization systems.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP, SAP Java, and the SAP HANA database is an advantage.
• Independent and responsible working style with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English .
