About the RoleHow you will contribute-Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests
-Order acceptance and order entry
-Quotation preparation
-Telephone scheduling of customer orders
-Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
-Deadline monitoring of customer orders and feedback to the relevant departments and the customer
-Acceptance and processing of customer complaints 
-Billing for services rendered
-Creation of customer related KPI's

 Your Key Qualifications-Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable training
-Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
-Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel 
-Fluent in written and spoken German
-Knowledge of English is an advantage
-You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant.
-You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
-You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.Compensation
