End User Support Specialist

Job Title : End User Device Management Technician

Location : Remote - Germany

Skills:

• Good Knowledge in SCCM and Intune
• Good Knowledge of M365 Apps for Enterprise and other Office Products

Experience:

• With big IT environments < 10,000
• With L2 and L3 Support

Good Knowledge of:

• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Active Directory and GPOs

Good to Strong Knowledge of:

• Incident management and root cause analysis

Other Skills:

• Operating System administration and troubleshooting (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
• Experience in Security and compliance practices - Vulnerability Management / Bitlocker Management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - Global Team

Not Required, but good to have:

• Working in ServiceNow with Incidents / Problems / Service Requests
• Rollout Windows 11
• AutoPilot Technology
