HR Software Administrator (m/w/d)

Location: Gernlinden-Maisach

As an HR Software Administrator, you will play a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data. You will acquire specialist knowledge and work towards becoming a competent contact person for our European colleagues regarding any topics related to our HR software. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Be intensively involved in the administration, development and optimization of our European human resource management, time/attendance and incentive plan software.
• Manage various platforms and ensure that data is kept up to date.
• You will have the opportunity to take part in various national and international HR digitalization projects where you can contribute your own ideas.
• With your analytical working style you collect, compile and analyze HR data, metrics and statistics and you learn to apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention and legal compliance.
• Will provide support with regular payroll accounting, headcount reports, salary reviews, etc.

What you bring to us:

• You have at least one year of HR experience, ideally in a data-oriented role with ownership of an HR software.
• You have a degree in business administration (Bachelor) with a focus on human resources, business informatics or similar.
• You have a good command of German and English for daily communication with international colleagues.
• Analytical way of thinking and very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel).
• You enjoy working with different software systems and have an affinity for number-based processes and projects.
