• Support and expansion of the (virtualized) server and network infrastructure
• 1st and 2nd level support as well as solution of software and hardware problems
• Installation and support of PCs, notebooks, mobile devices as well as printers and scanners
• Connection of the locations to our cloud infrastructure
• Activities within the scope of IT security

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Experience in the installation and administration of Linux systems (client & server)
• Knowledge in the installation and administration of Windows systems (client & server)
• Experience in IT support as well as network knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good communication skills to work in a team
