Duration: 13-24 months

Working hours: 20 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week possible during semester breaks.

Was Dich erwartet:

Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der

• Wahrnehmung der bauherrenseitigen Projektleitung
• Verhandlungsführung und Vertragserstellung mit Planern, Bauunternehmen und Betreibern
• Koordination und Führung der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
• Permanente Termin-, Qualitäts-, und Kostenkontrolle im Projekt
• Überwachung der Bauausführung unter Einhaltung aller planerischen und qualitativen Vorgaben des Bauherrn

Qualifications

• You will be supporting in project management topics around construction field
• Assisting in planning, budgeting and coordination construction projects
• Negotiation and contact creation with planners, construction companies and operators
• Internal and external stake-holder management
• Regular quality checks, timeline and cost control
