YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• With approximately 20 hours per week, you can contribute in an exciting and varied working student job in the area of People and Culture, International.
• Get involved in our ongoing international digitalization of our People and Culture function and become part of a cross-functional and international project team.
• Make a difference by supporting our team with your strengths in problem solving, analytical and statistical thinking as well as storytelling and also by taking independent responsibility for individual People Analytics use cases.
• Your contribution will include case studies for data analysis, support in the preparation of reporting dashboards and cockpits with the overall goal of the improvement of the data driven mindset in the area of People and Culture.
• We are looking forward to your engagement for at least 6 months with the option of a subsequent focus in the context of a master thesis.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are in an ongoing master's program of business mathematics, computer science or similar studies with an analytical focus.
• During previous internships or semesters abroad, you have gained first practical experience in handling bigger data sources in a complex technical environment.
• You and we share a passion for both data and analytics and the desire to drive things forward to answer business critical questions by analyzing data and creating insights and knowledge.
• You are characterized by a high degree of willingness to answer analytical questions, intercultural sensitivity and personal responsibility.
• You are known for your strong data analytics skills, your creativity and your high skills in working with data itself.
• Excellent English and good German language skills round off your profile.
