Our client is looking for a Germany based Product Manager.

The challenge?

• Understand the client environment, determine the client’s interfaces and identify client responsibilities developing innovative, cross-functional strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
  
• Translate business strategy into product strategy.
  
• Own the product roadmap.
  
• Manage product profitability & budget.
  
• Execute product strategy. Ensure the product can be used as standard.
  
• Ensure customer requirements are properly understood, documented and articulated with Product Owner and Development Teams.
  
• Develop solution design/interface/product as per customer requirements including handover/demo to the customer.
  
• Manage Application Testing, Implementation and support for Operational Readiness.
  
• Utilizing your ability to manage major technological changes with stakeholders at the end user level - change request management.
  
• Manage all aspects of in-life products (new/only the extension of the existing product), including customer feedback, requirements and issues until the handover to operations.
  
• Develop innovative solution strategies for the development and expansion of the companys product world.
  
• Conception, strategic planning, project & product management and active participation during customer calls in case of required customization (customization, build new interface, new product development & entry in new market) with the support of our Development teams.
  

Requirements

• Develop and implement the Project Management/Execution Plan
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/customer for the flawless execution of product
  
• The project management in a customer-facing role will be led by companys CDM, and PM to internally supported them for customization request (customization, build new interface, new product development & entry in new market)
  
• Define a clear communication plan being able to report complex project progress to the upper management
  
• Developing strong relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Responsible for project & product risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation
  
• Develop plans and identify resources and key stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery of the product
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/customer for the flawless execution of product
  
• The project management in a customer-facing role will be led by the companys CDM, and PM to internally supported them for customization request (customization, build new interface, new product development & entry in new market)
