Tasks

You are an experienced HR Business Parter (m/f/d), who likes working in an international environment? You can easily explain local complexities to internal stakeholders around the globe? You would love to work for a company who is a global player in its field and helps making the world a safer place?If the answer is "yes” then read on.In order to strengthen our employee- and business partnerships, we are looking for someone joining our HR-Team in Germany, ideally in Neu-Isenburg Zeppelinheim (remote option given), as aSenior Field HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Execute enterprise people strategies in collaboration with relevant HR functions and drive adoption of both business and HR initiatives locallyProvide operational support for business change, identify challenges and recommend solutions in partnership with people leaders, employees, colleagues and other internal customersCoach and guide local leaders and provide responsive approaches to complex employee-relations matters by using broad local employment law knowledgeExecute people processes (including but not limited to: onboarding, salary planning, talent development, performance and exit management) by leveraging workforce analytics and insightsProvide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adoption and compliance and identify areas of risk; support projects at local, regional and global levelDeal with Works Council committees and manage the relationship, as well as Works Council relevant topicsSupport Due Diligence and post- merger integrations with newly acquired companiesProfile

University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related disciplineGenerally 10+ years of professional level Human Resources experience. Previous experience as a HR Business Partner requiredExcellent communication and efficient problem solving skills, as well as consultative customer service competence, with the ability to influence, persuade and manage key relationshipsDemonstrated, structured and efficient way of working, paired with strong project management skills and the ability to complete tasks, initiatives and projects accurately, compliant and on timeProfound expertise of local labor law and in-depth technical HR expertise with respect to employee relations, recruitment, compensation and talent managementDemonstrated proficiency with commonly used business and HR software applications, ideally in Oracle HR/ ServiceNow environmentResults-oriented and able to quickly grasp the big picture, using insights from business leaders, global HR colleagues and HR capability centers to provide recommendations to the business on the appropriate actions to take in a "commit and deliver” working styleAvailabilty to travel regularily (up to 20%) to our German sitesGerman and English language on business level are a must have
