In order to strengthen our employee- and businesspartnerships, we are looking for someone joining our HR-Team inGermany, ideally in Neu-Isenburg Zeppelinheim (remote optiongiven), as a Senior Field HR Business Partner (m/f/d)Responsibilities - Execute enterprise people strategies incollaboration with relevant HR functions and drive adoption of bothbusiness and HR initiatives locally - Provide operational supportfor business change, identify challenges and recommend solutions inpartnership with people leaders, employees, colleagues and otherinternal customers - Coach and guide local leaders and provideresponsive approaches to complex employee-relations matters byusing broad local employment law knowledge - Execute peopleprocesses (including but not limited to: onboarding, salaryplanning, talent development, performance and exit management) byleveraging workforce analytics and insights - Provide guidance andinterpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensurelocal adoption and compliance and identify areas of risk; supportprojects at local, regional and global level - Deal with WorksCouncil committees and manage the relationship, as well as WorksCouncil relevant topics - Support Due Diligence and post- mergerintegrations with newly acquired companies Profile - UniversityDegree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administrationor a related discipline - Generally 10+ years of professional levelHuman Resources experience. Previous experience as a HR BusinessPartner required - Excellent communication and efficient problemsolving skills, as well as consultative customer servicecompetence, with the ability to influence, persuade and manage keyrelationships - Demonstrated, structured and efficient way ofworking, paired with strong project management skills and theability to complete tasks, initiatives and projects accurately,compliant and on time - Profound expertise of local labor law andin-depth technical HR expertise with respect to employee relations,recruitment, compensation and talent management - Demonstratedproficiency with commonly used business and HR softwareapplications, ideally in Oracle HR/ ServiceNow environment -Results-oriented and able to quickly grasp the big picture, usinginsights from business leaders, global HR colleagues and HRcapability centers to provide recommendations to the business onthe appropriate actions to take in a "commit and deliver” workingstyle - Availabilty to travel regularily (up to 20%) to our Germansites - German and English language on business level are a musthave
