Your Tasks

• develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies and a commercial plan across various existing and new channels
• optimize tracking and attribution with BI, Sales Ops, performance team, and other departments
• collaborate with your team and oversee as well as optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPMQL, CPA, and conversion rates
• utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment

prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement

• lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and development
• coordinate team activities, set performance targets, and ensure the team is aligned with overall business objectives
• conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices and new technologies

foster a data-driven and knowledge-sharing culture as well as a culture of creative growth opportunities in the team

Who you'll be working with:

• run A/B Tests together with our Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager
• work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, analytics, marketing & communications, CRM and product teams
• lead external agencies, also to leverage their expertise and to enhance campaign performance

Your Skills

Must have:

• several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results
• demonstrable leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of performance marketers
• strong analytical skills and a solid technical understanding
• you are able to "think with numbers" (build assumptions and test use cases)
• bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

business-fluent proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing)

Nice to have

• practical experience and knowledge of performance marketing tools/channels (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• an understanding of how to use tools like HubSpot and Tableau
• strong understanding of digital channels and their users, preferably lead generation experience
