Description
As a Marketing Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase our market share and brand awareness. You will manage various advertising platforms, oversee content creation, and lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to tackle both strategic planning and day-to-day marketing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth across different regions.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and Google Play Store.
- Secure guest article placements and negotiate advertising integrations with influencers.
- Launch and manage social media presence, overseeing contractors as necessary.
- Implement regular email marketing and newsletters.
- Manage online reputation and foster positive brand signals through reviews.
- Lead the EasyWeek blog and manage a team of copywriters.
- Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Set and track growth KPIs across various markets.
- Analyze product and marketing metrics to refine approaches.
- Collaborate with partners and sponsors for joint marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics to the leadership and team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with modern marketing tools and SaaS products.
- Experience in managing teams and hiring/firing decisions.
- Strong command of English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS product metrics and experience in international markets.
- Creative and results-oriented mindset with an analytical approach to marketing.
