• Increase our top-line through online and offline cooperations
• Monitor and analyze affiliate / partner performance to measure effectiveness
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrations and deployments of affiliate relationships
• Take full responsibility for building the affiliate strategy for all of our markets
• Identify and recruit new affiliates, onboard and support them
• Use analytics and reporting to monitor affiliate performance, ensure traffic quality and identify improvement opportunities for home24 affiliate partners
• Share reports, learnings, and best practices with the marketing team and different stakeholders
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and / or Affiliate Marketing
• Fluent English and German skills; French or Dutch skills would advantageous
• Great communicator with extraordinary relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills paired with a proactive mindset
• Methodical and numbers-driven
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics and in creating intuitive reports using Excel or data visualization softwares
• Knowledge in measurement and tracking

Your path

• Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 
• The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
• Up to 30 days paid vacation each year to unwind and recharge
