We are searching for a driven Revenue Manager to join our collaborative team at TUI Cruises GmbH in Schleswig-Holstein.

Join TUI BLUE Hotels as Revenue Manager, responsible for delivering the hotel revenues to achieve budgets for the TUI BLUE portfolio in Germany and Austria. The role is supporting our TUI BLUE Sylt property but can be based remotely so therefore we are able to accept applications from Germany , Austria or nearby Europe .

The role requires the candidate to speak German (C2/C1) and English (C1/C2). Proficiency will be assessed during interview.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You are mainly responsible for maximizing total revenue and overall profit. The goal is to exceed budget and fair share.
  • You foster a culture of data-driven decision making through detailed analysis.
  • In interaction with the Cluster Sales & Marketing team you develop the Revenue Management & Sales strategies as well as corresponding action plans.
  • You always keep an eye on general trends and market changes to identify growth potential and forecasts based on them. Through effective yield and inventory management you ensure optimal rate & price positioning.
  • You ensure that the hotel revenue strategies and measures are in line with the TUI BLUE guideline and coordinated with the central revenue management department.
  • You will prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts with the support of the Sales Leader and in consultation with the Commercial Leader and Hotel Manager.
  • You ensure that the strategies of the individual sales segments and channels are aligned.
  • You conduct regular market and competitor analysis to proactively initiate adjustments to product and distribution strategies (short and long term).
  • You calculate group offers and contract rates (e.g. Tour Operators, Corporate, Flash Deals, Crew, etc.) in cooperation with the Sales Team and regularly create performance analyses for the individual sales partners and channels.
  • You inform the hotel manager as well as all sales departments regarding existing sales strategies & measures (e.g.: promotions).
  • You maintain regular communication with the Cluster Commercial Leader and other peers to share best practices and identify growth potential.
  • You initiate regular training for Reservations and F/O in consultation with the Corporate Rooms Division Manager and Hotel Managers to optimize data quality.
  • You are responsible for the local OTA management within the TUI BLUE guideline.

ABOUT YOU

  • Role requires both German and English (C1/C2) proficiency.
  • Requires previous experience working within a revenue management role preferably within a large hotel & resortsor tour operator environment.
  • The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to respond and thrive within a constantly changing and growing organisation.
