Social Media & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d)

Your assignment:

• Together with various interfaces, you will support the development and strengthening of TDK-Micronas' employer brand.
• To establish our employer value proposition, you will work on the development of employer branding concepts and the necessary marketing measures such as interviews, blog posts and images/videos.
• You will develop a social media strategy that matches our target groups in order to further strengthen our employer brand & attract even more exciting talent to us.
• You are responsible for the conception, planning and publication of our content. With your creative ideas & the right storytelling, you will regularly use our channels on LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, YouTube and, in future, Instagram.
• You monitor and analyze internal and external employer branding measures and are responsible for continuously tracking our social media presence and deriving optimization measures.
  

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in communications or media studies, social media, public relations or a degree with a comparable focus.
• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a corporate-affiliated industrial company.
• You are very familiar with LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram and other platforms and speak the language of our target group (Generation Y, Z and Alpha) with your creative ideas and modern storytelling.
• You enjoy and are motivated by creative work and have a very good feel for trends in social media.
• With your optimistic nature and strong team and communication skills, you will find it easy to strengthen our digital presence and successfully position and represent the employer brand.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
