BigRep is a global leader in large-format FFF 3D printing, headquartered in Berlin. At our Application Center, we operate a fleet of industrial 3D printers for production services (3DPartLab) and perform demanding benchmark prints for customer applications.
To strengthen our PARTLAB EMEA Team, we’re looking for a motivated 3D Printer Operator / Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) who will take charge of customer print jobs and support our Application Engineering team in high-temperature printing projects. You will be responsible for the following exciting tasks, among others: 
  • Operate and maintain BigRep’s large-scale 3D printers as part of our internal production service (3DPartLab).
  • Prepare and post-process print jobs for customer projects, including slicing, file optimization, and surface finishing.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding part requirements, timelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Closely collaborate with our Application Engineering team to support benchmark printing and material testing for high-temperature applications.
  • Document and analyze print results, and contribute to internal testing and R&D efforts.
  • Keep the printer fleet in top shape, coordinating with our service team for maintenance and upkeep.
  • Hands-on experience with FFF or other 3D printing technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of materials, print processes, and industrial equipment.
  • Experience with high-temperature polymers (e.g., PPS, PEKK, CF-PA) is a plus.
  • You are detail-oriented, self-driven, and motivated by producing top-quality prints.
  • Good knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino) is required.
  • Good communication skills and customer-facing confidence.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
