Your mission

The Learn team's mission is to build and launch our new learning product to attract new music makers. The team alsoprovides engaging learning content to support musical growth. As Head of
Learn, you will lead holistically - aligning product vision, people leadership, artistic direction, and business outcomes. You will be accountable for shaping Learn's strategy, overseeing execution, and fostering a thriving, motivated team culture.

Your responsibilities

Lead the Learn team in delivering our new learning product and content.
Act as manager for all team members, supporting their development, motivation, and performance
Ensure Learn's strategy aligns with company goals and complements Note and the wider ecosystem of Ableton products.
Drive Learn's commercial success through clear goals, metrics, and data-informed decisions.
Balance the near-term goal of launching Free Learn in 2026 with a longer-term vision and adaptability for future stages.
Represent Learn within the unit leadership team, contributing to holistic steering of the ABL Products unit.

Your profile

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in creative or technology-driven contexts.
Skilled in strategy and operations, balancing stability with adaptability.
Strong people leadership: fostering collaboration, empowerment, and growth.
Ability to integrate technical, creative, and pedagogical perspectives into a clear vision.
Excellent communicator and advocate, effective at senior leadership level.
Confident in defining metrics, evaluating impact, and turning insights into action.
