Introduction
As our Account Executive for the Italian market, you'll own the full customer lifecycle for FactFinder in Italy: winning new business through full-funnel selling, then managing, retaining, and growing those accounts as a trusted success partner — with some partnership responsibilities along the way.
You'll sell to and advise eCommerce managers and decision-makers, run engaging discovery and demos, close deals, and then steer the relationship post-sale — onboarding, driving adoption, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
You understand the challenges facing Italian eCommerce organizations: scaling personalization across large catalogs, delivering relevant search across markets and languages, and proving ROI to leadership. You're comfortable managing complex customer relationships end-to-end and thrive with autonomy.
