Our Sales team is looking for an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our global community of talented experts.

You will be able to establish strategic business relationships with new clients, while driving client satisfaction, maximize revenue results for SoftServe, and function as an integral part of the Business Development team while supporting all current go-to-market strategies.

YOU ARE

Sales Director/Account Executive who, using their contacts and go-to-market new business approach, can accelerate our penetration of the DACH market. This role will suit someone who loves ‘the hunt’, relishes working for a sales-orientated company, likes minimum non-sales distractions and welcomes the opportunity to benefit from what is one of the best compensation schemes available in the industry.

  • A sales leader with proven track record of closing $4M to $10M+ in ISV software development/ digital services per year
  • A specialist with minimum 10 years as a Sales in IT / Digital transformation industry / IT services (+ at least 4 years in FMCG sector)
  • Understanding of the FMCG value chain with the relevant use cases
  • Experience with BFSI vertical is a plus
  • An expert with a degree (Master’s is a plus)
  • Experienced in selling custom application development, Cloud Migration and Support (GCP, AWS, Azure), IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts in the FMCG services sector
  • Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction
  • An adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships versus taking a transactional approach
  • Familiar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional services company
  • Connected with different verticals and have a network to promote SoftServe’s capabilities

Additional role requirements:

  • True, and proven, sales hunter mentality; you relish the opportunity to identify target accounts, work the channels, and gain the opportunity to identify where we can add value, all the way through to closing the deal
  • Technology background preferred
  • Experience in selling technology services and consulting
  • International organization
  • A global mindset and the ability to function in a matrix environment, with multiple demands.

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Defining an execution strategy for the FMCG industry driven by the partner ecosystem driven
  • Achieving assigned quota within a given territory by selling SoftServe’s portfolio of professional services and software development offerings
  • Maintaining pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression
  • Validating/identifying and building relationships with all key individuals within a client’s organization
  • Driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Drive SoftServe’s sales process and methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Account Management) to effectively close new client deals
  • Participate and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Build a territory and account plan for the given fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives
  • Present SoftServe’s value propositions and offerings to prospects and new clients
