The Role


As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of complex, high-value customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner across long-term relationships. You will lead strategic account planning, value-based selling, and expansion initiatives within enterprise environments, contributing directly to retention and sustainable revenue growth.


This role requires strong commercial judgment, confidence engaging senior stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex organisational and decision-making structures.


What you’ll do



  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers with complex organisational structures

  • Lead value-based commercial conversations across renewals and expansion opportunities

  • Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer objectives

  • Engage and manage senior finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders

  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, terms, and contractual agreements

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Customer teams to maximise long-term customer value

  • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline and account governance


What you bring to the table



  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management within SaaS or enterprise software

  • Proven success managing complex, high-value customer relationships

  • Strong negotiation capability and sound commercial decision-making

  • Confidence operating with senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments

  • A strategic, consultative, and commercially minded approach

  • Native/Fluent German & English communication skills
