Arbeitsbeschreibung - Account Manager (m/f/d)

  • Be involved in managing projects as well as support on budget planning and project controlling tasks 
  • Be the interface between clients and agencies as well as our internal Strategy, Creative, Editorial, Data, PR and Social departments to coordinate all communication activities
  • Be in charge of preparation and follow-ups of appointments incl. presentation of our ideas and concepts, in cooperation with the specialized departments
  • Be responsible for the creation and management of offers, orders and invoices 
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in project management on the agency or client side
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills as well as a high level of service orientation 
  • You are solution-oriented "out of the box" thinking combined with a structured and binding way of working
  • You have an affinity for topics like mobility and lifestyle
  • You have an adept handling of the common office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • You are fluent in German and English
