Als Account Manager (m/w/d) in der Leiterplattenbranche gestalten Sie aktiv die Wachstumsstrategie unserer Electronics Group. Sie verantworten sowohl die Gewinnung neuer Kunden als auch die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Partnerschaften in Deutschland – mit der Perspektive, Ihren Verantwortungsbereich sukzessive auf Europa auszuweiten. In dieser Schlüsselrolle treiben Sie die kommerzielle Entwicklung Ihres Bereichs voran und berichten direkt an den Business Manager Electronics. Die Position ist vollständig remote ausübbar.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren internen Stakeholder-Netzwerks – u. a. mit Business Manager, Business Director und technischen Sparringspartnern – zur frühzeitigen Bereitstellung aller relevanten Informationen für die Geschäftsausweitung
• Steuerung der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen inklusive Koordination aller technischen und organisatorischen Schnittstellen
• Identifikation neuer Wachstumschancen durch kommerzielle und technische Strategien zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäfts
• Erstellung eines mittelfristigen Plans für Auftragseingang und Umsatz inklusive Forecasting, Monitoring und regelmäßiger Performance-Analysen
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften im Semiconductor-Sektor zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung und Erhöhung des Absatzpotenzials
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen zur Neukundengewinnung, insbesondere durch Einführung, Präsentation und Positionierung neuer Produkte
• Organisation und Leitung von Troubleshooting-Einsätzen inklusive Ursachenanalyse, Lösungsentwicklung und enger Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Fundierte Fachkompetenz in Prozess- und Oberflächentechnik sowie Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Galvanotechniker
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Leidenschaft für Vertrieb, ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz und ein souveränes Auftreten
• Stressresistente und kollaborative Persönlichkeit mit hoher emotionaler Intelligenz
• Offene, sympathische und überzeugende Kommunikationspersönlichkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
