Arbeitsbeschreibung - Account Manager PR/Marketing in Berlin (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

You will manage your team and be responsible for the strategic planning and supervision of international integrated communication campaigns and projects;
You will be responsible for quality management and strategic counsel for clients on a daily basis;
When fulfilling the aforementioned tasks, you will be responsible for management of financial processes, in addition to developing and managing the business plans for clients and projects;
You will be responsible for the management of the HR and recruitment process for your team.

Ihre Qualifikationen

You will possess 3+ years of relevant international agency experience, very good knowledge of the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated communications and will have successfully participated in international tenders and acquired new clients;
You will have experience in managing a team and multiple client projects, very good budget controlling expertise, as well as building and maintaining client relationships;
You will have excellent time management and organisation skills, and will deal well with stressful and demanding situations;
In addition to excellent writing skills, you will have a strong command of business English. A good command of another foreign language would be beneficial.
