• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen für komplexe Gewerbeimmobilien
• Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Widersprüchen
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Heizkosten- und Nutzerdaten für die Messdienstunternehmen
• Pflege abrechungsrelevanter Stammdaten um RELion
• Prüfung von mietvertraglichen Regelungen und Analyse der Umlagefähigkeit einzelner Posten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property Management
• Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung betriebskostenrelevanter Rechnungen
• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Mitarbeit an internen Projekten

• PROFILE
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Betriebskostenabrechnung oder Immobilienmanagement
• Organisationstalent und selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Software RELion und Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ausgeprägte Service und Kundenorientierung
