Arbeitsbeschreibung - Accountant (m/f/d)

You will carry out ongoing bookkeeping and be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing invoices as well as regular bank reconciliations.
You will support the preparation of monthly financial statements and work closely with the tax consultant and internal controlling.
You will be responsible for drawing down funding in close coordination with the relevant departments.
You will optimize existing accounting processes and ensure their smooth integration into daily workflows.
You will play an active role in the transition of accounting processes from the tax consultant to the company (in-house solution) and provide support when switching to an ERP system.
You work closely with other departments and are the contact person for financial issues and reports.

You have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally with experience in a tax consultancy firm.
You have sound knowledge of "DATEV Unternehmen Online". Initial experience with SAP is an advantage.
You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, e.g. tax clerk or further training in financial accounting.
Your way of working is structured, independent and reliable, enabling you to complete tasks in a targeted and efficient manner.
You are characterized by strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals.
You have good knowledge of the legal requirements in the area of accounting and tax law under code of commercial law.
Very good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
