Accountant (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit

• Processing and account assignment of all business transactions within accounts payable
• Processing correspondence and dunning procedures
• Responsible for account maintenance and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance
• Processing travel expenses
• Management of asset accounting (additions/disposals, inventory, master data maintenance)
• Representation in the debit-side area
• Preparation of analyses and support for department management
• Participation in project tasks (digital workflow) and in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements• Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling/finance or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in the accounting of internationally operating production companies
• Experience in the area of cost centre and cost unit accounting; as well as in project business
• Preparation of variance analyses, planning, target/actual comparisons
• Experience in the area of production costs
• Confident handling of an ERP system, ideally abas ERP and Office programmes
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Good team and communication skills, strong organisational skills
• High level of commitment, independent and reliable way of working

• Tax clerk, tax specialist, accountant or adequate commercial professional training
• Several years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in the accounting of internationally active medium-sized companies
• Account assignment security ideally SKR03 chart of accounts including in the area of asset accounting
• Sound knowledge of value added tax law
• Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements such as cut-off, provisions, accruals and deferrals, account reconciliation 
• Confident handling of an ERP system, ideally abas ERP and Office programmes
• Good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of English desirable
• Good team and communication skills, strong organisational skills
