We, the Recruitment Agency ADENI (ADENI Recruitment Agency), are looking forward to support your career in Germany!

Your tasks:

Manage office administration (correspondence, scheduling, travel, supplies)
Support accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, AP/AR)
Handle HR administration (records, onboarding, payroll coordination)
Expat support (Visa, residence/work permits, relocation support)
Liaise with external partners (banks, legal, insurance, etc.)

Your profile:

1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting support, or similar roles
Basic understanding of accounting (e.g., bookkeeping, invoices, AP/AR)
Experience with HR related topics such as labor law, employee/expat support
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in an international environment
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel skills
Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus)
