Arbeitsbeschreibung - Administrative Assistenz im Qualitätssicherungsteam (m/w/d)

  • Assist to schedule and coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Assist to prepare documentation for audits, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Assist to oversee and manage the Quality and Environment Management systems on the intranet
  • Assist to keep track of all relevant certificates
  • Ensure certificates comply with legal requirements and international standards
  • Collect KPIs and manage master data  
  • Corresponding with employees and provide first guidance
  • Support to ensure that employees receive necessary quality trainings
  • Completed university studies in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years office work experience in a relevant profession
  • Good MS office program knowledge, especially Excel
  • Good structured, solution oriented and good communication skills
  • Native in German and excellent English skills
  • Driver’s License and willingness to travel
  • Flexible, structured working style and willingness for continuous education
  • Discreet manner for handling confidential information, strong vocational work ethic
  • Intercultural sensitiveness and fun to work with different nationalities
