Your mission

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI associate / investment manager (f/m/d) to become an integral part of our investment team. If you are naturally curious, ambitious, and passionate about identifying and cultivating promising early-stage business opportunities, this is the role for you. In this position, you will engage in various investment processes within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders and visionary founders. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your expertise, expand your network, and accelerate your career in venture capital.

Based in either Berlin, London or Zurich - you will be part in an ambitious and international team.

Sourcing, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities with focus on technology companies.
Contributing to and supporting our dealflow and associated processes.
Structuring, negotiating and executing investments.
Working directly with executives of our portfolio companies, including on board level.
Developing expertise across redalpine's investment sectors.
Representing and developing redalpine's brand while expanding its network.

Your profile

You are curious and passionate about technology, data, AI / ML, Startups and innovations.
Self-starter: You have already demonstrated your entrepreneurial mindset and gained experience in a fast-paced startup environment, VC, consulting firm or similar. Prior founder/ co-founder experience is a strong plus.
Excellent academic track record: You hold a degree from a top tier university with a technical background, i.e. AI research, Data, Computer Science, ML, mathemathics, physics or similar.
Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
You are a proactive and goal-oriented digital native with great analytical skills who thrives in a high-performance culture and is ready to go the extra mile.
