Your tasks

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation tools and workflows to improve processes for internal teams
Integrate tools and systems using custom development or platforms like n8n
Collaborate with an AI Product Manager to translate business needs and PoCs into scalable technical solutions
Create clear documentation and support internal users as needed
Ensure all AI solutions align with data privacy regulations and compliance

Your Profile

Approx. 2–4 years of experience as an AI/ML, Automation, or Software Engineer
Must have strong engineering proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Typescript
Experience working with LLMs/GenAI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock)
Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles and ability to resolve issues with inconsistent LLM output
Hands-on knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
Ability to work independently leading development end-to-end from gathered requirements to deploying the final solution and monitoring performance/reliability
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is advantageous

Even better if you have:

Data processing/ETL experience
Experience creating automated workflows and tools for internal team such as Finance, Sales and Customer Success
