YOUR IMPACT

Turn moonshot AI ideas into production workflows! You will shape the backlog of our AI strategy, build compounding workflows together with the rest of the company and report ROI directly to the leadership team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

- Decompose fuzzy ideas into shippable products with binary success criteria.

- Design concrete products and user experiences – guide the full company to an AI augmented state.

- Navigate data access control protocols, then bake controls into the architecture.

- Monitor, negotiate and manage the incorporation of AI products (LLM APIs, vector DBs, automation platforms, etc.).

- Rapidly prototype AI solutions for Proxima’s use case, up to date with the cutting edge.

- Communicate progress in crisp artefacts: one-page specs, cost rings, live metrics.

WHO YOU ARE

- You have already launched an internal AI product used by hundreds of people or handled a budget > €200k—show us numbers.

- You can explain, in one paragraph, how you increased the productivity of a team by ≥20%.

- You can generate context for yourself proactively and are not afraid to dive into use cases ranging from plasma physics to structural engineering to big project management or controlling.

- You think in user journeys and experiences, and are pragmatic in how to get there.

- Degree irrelevant; evidence of methodical, audacious shipping essential.
