Do you want to do more than just talk about AI – instead, you want drive our AI transformation as well as initiate, orchestrate, and implement concrete AI use cases within the organization? Then become part of our Corporate Strategy, Growth & Transformation team at EOS. Our team sees itself as a hands-on strategy unit, tasked with making EOS more successful in the long term through growth, transformation, efficiency gains, and new business ideas.   • You analyze business processes, identify potential for improvement and AI in operational workflows, and consistently translate these into actionable, understandable solution concepts,
  • You will serve as a pivotal bridge across Business Units, Strategy, our 25 European subsidies, Management, and the Board, providing expert counsel on technological transformation strategies and their strategic implications.
  • You will lead the structuring of transformation projects, foster cross-functional collaboration and meticulously tailoring analytical insights and strategic frameworks for diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • As a confident project manager, you will drive the execution of these strategic concepts, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement and proactively resolving questions and challenges with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Ultimately, you will cultivate an AI-driven culture by designing and delivering impactful workshop concepts to embed AI skills across international entities. 
  • You have at least two years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, corporate development, strategy, business development or a startup environment, and are fluent in German and English.
  • You bring solid skills in business analytics, data analysis and digital transformation. You think entrepreneurially, understand business processes and are eager to improve them using Data & AI.
  • You possess a critical and innovative mindset, consistently challenging existing paradigms to identify latent opportunities and novel, AI-driven solutions. You therefore have hands-on AI experience, enabling you to identify improvement opportunities and drive AI-powered process enhancements.
  • You stand out through strong project management, stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills, as well as confidence in using Excel and PowerPoint. You can prepare complex content in a clear and compelling way and communicate it convincingly — in writing, verbally and at executive level.
  • You are assertive, work collaboratively and develop solutions together with the relevant business units.
