AI-Native Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI-native Product Engineer who can take real problems and ship to production.

This is not a classic frontend or backend role. You will work end-to-end across product, design, engineering, AI workflows, data and integrations. You should be comfortable understanding messy business problems, designing pragmatic solutions, shipping quickly and improving based on real usage.

We are looking for a builder who wants to own outcomes, not just tickets.

What you will do

You will own product problems end-to-end, from discovery to production.

This includes:

• Understanding user problems, workflows and constraints
• Turning vague requirements into clear product solutions
• Designing and building fullstack features across UI, backend, database, APIs and integrations
• Building AI-powered workflows using LLMs, retrieval, agents, structured extraction and tool use
• Working with documents, data sources and enterprise systems
• Shipping quickly, testing with users and iterating based on feedback
• Caring about product quality, UX, performance, reliability, security and maintainability
• Using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow
• Turning repeated customer patterns into scalable product features

You are probably a strong fit if you:

• Have strong fullstack engineering skills, ideally with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and Postgres
• Have built and shipped real products end-to-end
• Can move from problem to working product without needing detailed specs
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Think deeply about user experience, not just implementation
• Care about clean architecture, good abstractions and production reliability
• Understand how modern AI products are built beyond simple prompting
• Know how to work with APIs, data models, permissions, background jobs and integrations
• Have strong product judgment and can challenge unclear requirements
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people
• Are highly self-directed and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do

Our goal is to create the operating layer for AI-powered decision-making: connecting data, documents, workflows and expert knowledge so teams can move from information to action faster.

We are building for complex, high-stakes business environments where decisions depend on large amounts of unstructured information, disconnected systems and domain-specific knowledge.
