Description: As an Air Traffic Controller at Demo Company, you will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient flow of air traffic in the designated airspace. You will communicate with pilots and other air traffic control personnel to provide instructions and ensure compliance with regulations, while also monitoring weather conditions and resolving potential conflicts. Your role is crucial in maintaining safety and efficiency in air travel.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide clear instructions to pilots during takeoff, landing, and taxiing to ensure safety and efficiency.
Monitor and manage air traffic within assigned sectors, utilizing radar and other tracking systems.
Communicate effectively with other air traffic controllers and personnel to relay important information and updates.
Resolve potential traffic conflicts by making real-time decisions based on air traffic conditions and regulations.
Maintain awareness of weather conditions and their potential impact on flight operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an air traffic controller in a busy air traffic control environment.
Valid air traffic controller certification from a recognized authority.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pilots and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using radar, communication systems, and other relevant technology in air traffic control.
