Arbeitsbeschreibung - Aircraft Manager (All Genders)

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Aircraft Manager to oversee the entire production lifecycle, from structural assembly through to final delivery. This role includes coordination across international teams and a strong interface between suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate is quality- and deadline-focused, with a strong drive for continuous improvement in recurring production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise production activities from structural assembly to final aircraft delivery, including oversight of international work packages
Monitor and follow up on critical tasks, production flows, and key milestones
Act as a key interface between suppliers and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Manage and prioritize non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on delivery
Identify and implement process improvements for recurring production challenges

Proven experience in production supervision or coordination, ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing
Strong solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and timely delivery
Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline recurring production processes
Fluency in German is mandatory
Full-time on-site presence required
