Algorithm Engineer (Motion Planning) Team Leader

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
  
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in ADAS or autonomous driving, as a technical or team leader.
  
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  
• Strong understanding of commonly implemented motion planning algorithms in the automotive industry.
  
• Ability to deliver complex software features from design to implementation and testing on automotive -grade hardware.
  
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and control systems.
  
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, and MATLAB.
  
• Experience with agile development methodologies and the V -Model.
  
• Understanding of AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards.
  

• Experience developing and deploying motion planning algorithms in real -world automotive applications as a technical leader.
  
• Understanding of automotive standards and safety protocols, such as ISO 26262.
