Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining a new M&A team in Munich? We're looking for motivated individuals to be a part of our growth story.

Work on sell- and buy-side as well as equity financing mandates with exposure to various segments of the technology industry (services, software, digital, etc.)
Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, to negotiations, marketing and legal processes
Work with different client groups, such as founders / entrepreneurs, financial sponsors (VC, PE, Growth, etc.) and corporates
Conduct company and industry research
Prepare financial and valuation analyses

Excellent educational background with a strong degree
Preferable relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutique, Management Consultancy, or other advisory, or other work experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial and technology mindset as well as the ability to work in a high focused team environment
Fluent in German and English
Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong skills in collaborative situations

Opportunity to take on early responsibility in a flat organisational structure
Exposure to all aspects of M&A and equity financing transactions in an international environment
