Your mission
As an Analyst in Portfolio Management (m/f/d), you will be a key member of our Real Estate Portfolio Management team. You’ll take responsibility for specific areas of our real estate funds and actively contribute to the strategic management and development of our portfolios.
Your Responsibilities
- Support in managing and planning open-ended and closed-end real estate funds
- Analyze, monitor, and forecast fund performance
- Adjust, monitor, and review cash flow and liquidity forecasts
- Contribute to reporting processes, cash flow modeling, and preparation of portfolio and scenario analyses
- Perform actual-vs-budget comparisons and monitor budgets in coordination with asset managers
- Prepare internal and external presentations and recommendations for planned transactions
- Organize investor meetings and support investor communications
- Participate in internal process optimization projects
