Arbeitsbeschreibung - Analyst/in M&A - Permanent (m/w/d)

You create industry, company, and competitive analyses
You are responsible for creating integrated financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
You independently create pitch presentations, teasers, and information memoranda
You organize and conduct due diligence activities independently
You actively support our Origination + Execution M&A Practice and independently conduct conversations with entrepreneurs and investors

You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance with outstanding success
You have already gathered 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or the corporate finance sector
You have excellent people skills and can effectively facilitate conversations and negotiations in complex situations, captivating your interlocutors
You impress with strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as a demonstrated team spirit
You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome
