Are you passionate about transforming data into a reliable, scalable asset that powers decision‑making? As an Analytics Engineer at DISH, you will play a central role in building the analytical foundation that helps digitize the HoReCa sector. You will translate business needs into robust data models, ensure high data quality, and enable teams with fast, intuitive, and trusted insights.

Menu of Responsibilities

As part of our Data Analytics Team, you will be responsible for:

Designing and maintaining high‑quality data models using dbt, SQL, and modern transformation practices to turn raw data into accessible Data Marts.
Acting as the bridge between business logic and technical implementation: collaborating closely with Data Analysts and domain teams to translate requirements into concrete data solutions.
Automating workflows using Python from building custom connectors to optimizing orchestration and reducing manual effort.
Preparing data for BI usage, ensuring datasets are optimized for Tableau dashboards and support intuitive, performant analytics experiences.
Implementing data quality frameworks, tests, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
Maintaining clear, accessible documentation including data dictionaries and metric definitions to support transparency and self‑service analytics.

Ingredients for Success

Strong experience with dbt, SQL‑based data modeling, and modern ELT techniques.
The ability to understand business logic and translate abstract or ambiguous requirements into structured data solutions.
Practical coding skills in Python, especially for automation, custom integrations, or workflow enhancements.
Understanding of BI optimization principles and experience preparing data for tools like Tableau.
Familiarity with data quality testing, CI/CD for analytics, and analytics engineering best practices.
Strong collaboration skills, especially when coordinating with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
