Nestled within one of Germany's most picturesque wine-growing regions, just 50 minutes from Frankfurt, our open-air, pedestrianized Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Hospitality team is hiring an Apartment Concierge (m/f/d).

The role

In this role, you will create memorable and personalized experiences for guests visiting Wertheim Village. You will act as an ambassador for our hospitality offering, proactively engaging with guests, supporting a wide range of concierge services, and collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to ensure exceptional service standards. Your contribution will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the Village's reputation for world-class hospitality.

Location: Wertheim Village
Starting minimum salary: € 42,000.00 per year

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Deliver a 5-star luxury hospitality experience, acting as a Apartment Concierge and ensuring personalized, memorable service for all guests and VIPs.


• Support VIP visits, events and The Apartment operations, including guest hosting, F&B service, logistics and event coordination.


• Promote Village services, brands, offers and experiences, including concierge services, campaigns and special activities.


• Manage The Apartment lounge and daily operations, ensuring high standards, smooth coordination, inventory management and compliance with procedures. 

What we're looking for

• Experience as a guest relation/concierge/ VIP events coordinator in a luxury environment, including hotel, retail and events sectors.


• Solid understanding of the international luxury customer and their cultural norms and values


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with international guests and delivering exceptional service.


• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with fluency in German and English.
