You will be part of the Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile Robots SE. If you are passionate about robotics, have a knack for building cool applications, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our collaborative robot solutions.
As an Application Engineer (m/f/d), specializing in collaborative robotics, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our clients' unique needs. You will work closely with the sales team, acting as the technical developer, expert and advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our robot solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, their capabilities, and potential applications in various industries
Design and develop custom applications based on clients project specific requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges
Conduct on-site visits and virtual meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide technical guidance on robot solutions
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the installation, operation, and maintenance of collaborative robot systems
Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides
Document best practices for application development and integration

Proven experience in application engineering or a similar technical role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry
Strong knowledge of collaborative robotics, including programming and integration
Business fluent English and German skills
Independent, thorough and team oriented describes your attitude towards work
You are enthusiastic, a good communicator, highly motivated and supportive
