Application Service Manager ERP (m/w/d)

• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb von ERP -Finanzsystemen über den gesamten Service -Lifecycle hinweg
  
• Koordination und stetige Verbesserung des Application Supports unter Anwendung von ITIL -Prozessen (Incident, Problem und Change Management)
  
• Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen sowie IT -Teams zur Umsetzung betrieblicher und fachlicher Anforderungen
  
• Analyse von Störungen inklusive Ursachenidentifikation sowie Entwicklung langfristiger Lösungsansätze
  
• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs - und Serviceprozessen im laufenden Betrieb
  
• Steuerung externer Partner im internationalen Umfeld sowie Sicherstellung vereinbarter Service Levels
  
• Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Systemleistung, Stabilität und Sicherheit innerhalb der Cloud - und ERP -Landschaft
  
• Erarbeitung und Pflege von Notfallkonzepten zur Sicherstellung der Business Continuity
  

• Full responsibility for the smooth operation of ERP finance systems across the entire service lifecycle
  
• Coordination and continuous enhancement of application support based on ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)
  
• Alignment with business units and IT teams to implement operational and functional requirements
  
• Analysis of incidents including root cause identification and development of long -term solutions
  
• Design and further development of operational and service processes in daily business
  
• Management of external partners in an international environment and ensuring agreed service levels
  
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of system performance, stability, and security within the cloud and ERP landscape
  
• Creation and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
  

Voraussetzungen

• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Application Service Management oder im Betrieb anspruchsvoller IT -Systeme
  
• Du besitzt fundiertes Know -how in ITIL -Prozessen und deren praktischer Umsetzung
  
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP -Lösungen, idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  
• Du bringst praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Cloud -Technologien mit, vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure
  
• Du bist vertraut mit der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Strukturen und Teams
  
• Eine analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz zeichnen dich aus
  
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und gleichzeitig teamorientiert
  
• Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell in Deutsch und Englisch
  

• You have several years of professional experience in application service management or in operating complex IT systems
  
• You possess strong expertise in ITIL processes and their practical implementation
  
• You have experience working with ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems
  
• You bring hands -on knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
  
• You are experienced in working within international structures and teams
  
• An analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem -solving skills distinguish you
  
• You work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate effectively within a team
  
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English
