Application Specialist Commercial Excellence (m/f/d)

About the Role

As part of the Strategic Development team for Market Area (MA) North and in close collaboration with the sales organisations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, CSEE and Big Projects East, you will mainly act as a Salesforce Champion driving Commercial Excellence activities. Additionally, you may support ERP interfaces in a SAP environment and coordinate pricing updates and sales conditions in SAP.

What you will be doing

Commercial Excellence / Salesforce:

• First-line support and training for key users


• Creation of dashboards and reports to improve sales performance


• Driving data quality and CRM process improvements


• Coordination with European Salesforce community


• Support of campaigns, lead generation and key account activities


• Implementation of updates, approvals and user management

ERP & Interfaces (Comalu / SAP):

• User support and coordination with Comalu team


• Training (train-the-trainer)


• Interface coordination (Wictop, Comalu, SAP)


• Support Power BI analyses for sales

What will make you successful

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience


• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), SAP knowledge is a plus


• Good PC and MS Office skills


• Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic environments


• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and positive attitude
