Jung von Matt is looking for an german-speaking Art Director (m/f/d).

With many years of job experience in a creative agency you have the ability to develop unusual concepts and turn ideas into groundbreaking campaigns.

The tasks:

Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for integrated campaigns across various media platforms.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ensure cohesive and impactful brand storytelling.
Lead creative sessions and provide guidance to junior designers to enhance their creative output.
Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect the final product.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your creative process.

About you:

German speaking, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative or advertising agency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
